Terms & Conditions

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not continue to use the site or its linked tools.

Lincoln County Recent Arrests is privately owned and has no connection to a government body, sheriff, police department, jail, court, or corrections agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer report or FCRA screening service. Information must not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered decision. The site is a reference for locating Lincoln County and Kentucky custody and records resources, not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Website

This private reference stores no official arrest, jail, booking-photo, or court records. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a request with an agency. Its pages point readers toward Lincoln County agencies, PCDC, Kentucky systems, and outside research tools.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the website only in compliance with applicable law.
  • Do not stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person.
  • Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited eligibility decision.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site, accounts, servers, or connected systems.
  • Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
  • Do not interfere with security, availability, or another visitor’s use.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use site or linked-tool information for:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions;
  • Housing applications or tenant screening;
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links and Outside Services

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections sites, government portals, legal resources, news outlets, federal locators, and commercial search tools. A link does not endorse the outside operator. We do not control its content, privacy practices, terms, prices, availability, or results, and visitors should review that service’s rules.

No Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that a partner search is comprehensive. Custody and public records change frequently, and nothing here is an official statement by LCSO, PCDC, a court, or another agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lincoln County Recent Arrests and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this site or an outside link.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use, misuse, violation of law, or breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original text, graphics, logos, arrangement, and code belong to Lincoln County Recent Arrests or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without written permission, apart from uses allowed by law.

Changes to the Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A revision becomes effective when it is posted on this page, and later use is governed by the updated version.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, with or without notice, including when use threatens the site, violates these terms, or harms others.

Kentucky Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or adjusted only as necessary, while the remaining provisions continue in effect.
